Description

“CHINESE ART INSPIRING THE WORLD” showcases two extraordinary paintings: The God of Cloud and Great Lord of Fate and The Zhou Village by Chinese art maestros Fu Baoshi and Wu Guanzhong. The content of works are the starting point of affection, concealing the artists’ delicate emotions and thoughts- the language of ink deepens the infectant power, writing brushes and ink cause uproar of the unique Chinese sense and rhyme and the Oriental temperament overflow the paintings. Chinese art and culture infect and impress the world. The exhibition will also showcase a painting by renowned modern Chinese artist Sanyu created in 1956 titled Vase of Flowers in Blue and highlights from the Poly Auction Hong Kong 2016 Spring Auction.
