Description
The Hong Kong Youth Music Camp is one of the most significant and exciting annual events organised by the Music Office for young people each summer. At the camp, around four hundred budding musicians receive inspiring training by notable maestros from various parts of the globe.
This summer, young musicians from the Chinese Orchestra, Junior Strings, Children’s Choir, Symphony Orchestra, Symphonic Band and Junior Chinese Orchestra will have the opportunity to work with renowned conductors Sun Peng (Shenyang), Huadong Lu (USA), Emily Ellsworth (USA), Dr. Anthony Spain (USA), Felix Hauswirth (Switzerland) and Chen Chun-hsin (Taipei).
The intensive training will lead to two dynamic concerts, where Music Camp participants will showcase their achievements under the batons of the six eminent conductors.
