This year’s ‘Cross All Borders: Hong Kong Festival Showcasing New Visual Artists with Disabilities 2018’Public Guided Tour will be exhibited in Gallery, Tsuen Wan Town Hall from 5 to 12 September, 2018, with 110 outstanding artworks chosen by the members of Adjudication Committee. Each piece of artwork is unique.
