This first section of this list is a compilation of the anti-COVID-19 restrictive measures imposed upon performance and related venues by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department. The different phases of lockdown and reopening are indicative of the Hong Kong Special Ad- ministrative Region Government’s evaluations of and responses to the pandemic conditions at different moments throughout 2020.
