After the online performance “This Victoria Has No Secret…When It Goes Online”, Yat Po Singers is thrilled to be back to Tai Kwun and show the audience their work-in-progress of “Om Encounter”, the new a cappella theatrical production. The new production aims to work from the ground of Chinese traditional opera to explore new possibilities on art forms, and to re-examine this traditional “musical theatre” from a modern perspective.
Michael Lam and Yuri Ng are leading the creative process with the music composition by Ng Cheuk Yin and lyrics by Leung Pak Kin.
