“A Parallel World In Chaos” – Photo Exhibition By Li Shun

Description
Description
As the world we live in becomes more materialistic, our views towards this once tranquil and pure place changes. Our reliance on cars shapes our perception of space and time. My obsession with the city in motion can be traced back to the time I first became part of this accelerating movement. It is as if we can feel the excitement, confusion, anger and momentary silence from such moving images. With visual communication dominating the world, the interpretation and definition of this form of communication is of equal importance to me. Throughout my creative process, I maintain an “on the road” state of mind in conceiving my works, regardless of the expectations of the viewers, authors and critics.
