Description
Born in Chongqing, China, Xiao Yu was graduated from the Affiliated School of Sichuan Fine Arts Academy in 1991 and obtained a Degree in Fashion Design at the Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University in 1995. Her debut runway show in China Fashion Week 1998 has earned her a title of “Top Ten Chinese Fashion Designers”. Yu obtained a MA in Fashion Design and Technology in London College of Fashion in 2007 and her graduation work TIME was showcased at the MA “Asylum” Show in Royal Academy of Arts which received rave reviews among media, including Vogue, Evening Standard, and Harper’s Bazaar.
