Description

Description

Are you afraid of darkness? After transformation, Blacky will play with you, be your good friend!
Do you know who’s Blacky? When we close our eyes to take rest, he will accompany us. However, when he appears, the children are sleeping and cannot play with him. He feels so lonely. Therefore, he decides to transform into shapes, so he can play and make good friends with children!
Blacky is an object theatre created for young children. Performers will use body movements to personify the objects, transforming Blacky into objects with different shapes and texture, drawing the students’ attention to the changes of their surroundings. Students will be invited to participate in the performance and interact with Blacky so as to change their impression of darkness from a fear to a warm character.
