Equipped with a series of futuristic gadgets, Dr Franz comes to Earth and makes friends with intrepid Kye, sentimental Tammy, showy Jack, and Doug the gourmand. Together they set off on the Jolly Jelly Bean Cruiser to check out the wonders of the marine world. Things turn tempestuous, when they run into the God of the Sea, who is furious with humans for having polluted his home and making a giant sea turtle sick. Can Dr Franz and his buddies escape from the jellyfish prison And will the turtle recover
