Bauhinia Cup Dance Championships, which is organized by the Hong Kong Dance Federation, is a dance competition with a very high standard in Hong Kong. Providing choreographers and dancers with a creation and performance platform where they can give full play to their artistic potentialities and talents, the competition has received active response and support from people in the dance circle over the past five times. Groups with brilliant results have been invited to perform and exchange in Guangzhou and some gold-award choreographies have won high honours in international dance competitions. This year winners of the originality (open)section will be invited to enter Bauhinia Cup International Dance Invitation Championships 2012.
