Maze: Pushing Boundaries

Description

Description

Maze – the critically acclaimed production choreographed by Pewan Chow and Rosalind Newman first premiered in 2012 with sold out performances. The production was later invited to showcase in Guandong Dance Festival and went on to be awarded the 2013 Hong Kong Dance Awards for Outstanding Independent Dance Production and Outstanding Lighting and Set Design for Dance.

This year, Chow and Newman take the original production and continue on the journey with Maze: Pushing Boundaries.

Maze: Pushing Boundaries will be a paradoxical experience of freedom and constraint. The performance will lead the audience into a moving maze – reflecting on the complex journey of life. It will be an experience unlike any other, choosing to move between the maze of performers and set, or as a spectator above it all – where will you be?
