Description
Young local huqin artist Chan Pik-sum will showcase her skills by playing a variety of compositions at a concert in October. The performance is presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) under the title “Our Music Talents Series: Sounds of the South – Huqin Concert by Chan Pik-sum”.
The programme will include “Nanyin Nocturnal Lament”, “The Phoenix Terrace on Mount Yinhua”, “The Regret”, “Birds Returning to the Woods”, “The Maiden Called Rainbow Dress” and “Meditation during Confinement in Sickness” along with the a cappella group Yat Po Singers.
