The Comedy of K

Description

Description

Inspired by Franz Kafka’s masterpiece Metamorphosis, five-time Hong Kong Dance Award Winner Helen Lai depicts with absurdity, surrealism, and dark humour scenarios which lie between the real and the imaginary. When the main character named “K” awakens one morning, his astonishing transformation into an enormous bug and his discovery that other characters have mysteriously exchanged their roles with one another leaves him unable to differentiate whether he is existing within a dream or in a fully conscious reality.
