Pan Asia Symphony Orchestra and the Guest Conductor Jeff Leung will present “The Four Musical Periods Series”, focusing on “Symphonies”, one of the most significant genres of orchestral music. Starting from the opera overtures, Pan Asia would talk about the evolution of the symphonies chronologically, and the characteristics of a symphony orchestra in different musical periods by performing the masterpieces composed by Haydn and Beethoven from the Classical Period, Berlioz and Brahms from the Romantic Period and Shostakovich from the 20th Century.
