The Untouchable Glow

Description
Description
‘The Untouchable Glow’ at MOST displays a light and colour installation. The inspiration comes from the artist’s gazing towards the nocturnal glowing windows of residential buildings in Hong Kong. The half-concealed, half-lighted windows coupled with the soft, warm-light which generates infinite and fluid imaginary spaces of narrative off the windows. Looking across the world from the thin, tiny glass coincides a thoughtless mystery. The artist feels like an outsider who cannot participate in the illuminated space, thus growing an infinite imagination of the unknown realm behind the private space of window. The exhibition embraces a sense of warm, but indifferent feeling of contradiction; it modulates light and listens to colour.
