From the heart of Venice, amid the masked carnivals, gondolas and churches, comes the glorious music of Antonio Vivaldi and his world-renowned orchestra of orphaned girls. Experience the story behind Vivaldi’s most famous works as the music is magically woven into a dramatic narrative of Vivaldi’s life. The programme includes the Four Seasons, Nulla in mundo pax sincera and concertos for the mandolin, bassoon and viola d’amore.
