With the success of the past year we intend to make Italian theatre a regular feature of Italy Quality & Lifestyle.For this reason, as part of Italy 2011, our Chamber will introduce the Hong Kong public to Dario Fo’s play, We Won’t Pay! We Won’t Pay! (Non Si Paga! Non Si Paga).
This 1974 play originated as a farce based on the self-reduction movement whereby men and women would take what they wanted from markets, only paying what they could afford. The play finds relevance in today’s global economic and financial crisis.
